About the Chef

Chef Nasrin Rejali is a passionate chef whose culinary journey began in her family’s kitchen in Tehran, where she learned time-honored recipes from her mother and grandmother. After moving to New York in 2016, she joined Eat Offbeat, where she further honed her craft and shared her unique culinary heritage. In 2023, she opened her own restaurant, Nasrin’s where she offers a menu inspired by the traditional flavors of her Iranian upbringing; with dishes that celebrate both comfort and creativity. Chef Nasrin’s food is an expression of love, and she continues to honor her roots while embracing new cultural influences.
