About the Chef

Chef Diaa began his culinary journey at just fifteen, training under his uncle at one of Damascus's most celebrated restaurants. Known for his mastery of traditional Syrian dishes, he has perfected recipes like velvety hummus, hearty Mujaddara, and his famed shawarma, earning him widespread acclaim.
